At Being Human Clothing, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags intact and packed securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
